Disappear is a ROCK song about fame and the people one might deal with on the journey. Sometimes finding out there really is a whole different world behind the curtain. People telling you what you want to hear, all the while being insincere. Inspired by a Marilyn Monroe quote that sets the tone, "The world around me was truly becoming grim". Sometimes the easiest way out is to disappear... Sounds like Guns N Roses / Stone Temple Pilots.
